Summary
Technologies as a Critical Success Factor for Government Institutions in the State of Cape Verde” analyzed the strategic role of digital technologies in the performance and sustainability of public institutions. The research aimed to understand to what extent technologies are decisive factors for organizational success, examining their influence on institutional operating models and the quality of services provided to citizens. Through qualitative and quantitative methodologies, including interviews and questionnaires with managers and users, critical success factors were identified and impacts related to knowledge management and institutional image were analyzed. The study focused on three key public institutions in Cape Verde: the National Press of Cape Verde, Dr. Agostinho Neto Hospital, and the Directorate-General of Registries, Notary, and Identification.
