About

Lecturer and researcher at the University of Cape Verde, with over a decade of experience in higher education in the fields of Information Technology and Multimedia. She coordinates the Disciplinary Group of Informatics and Multimedia Technologies and is part of the Distance Learning Support Unit, contributing to the implementation of innovative pedagogical practices and the integration of digital technologies into the teaching and learning process.
She is a member of RS2Lab – Laboratory of Intelligent Solutions, where she takes part in research and technological innovation projects. Her scientific interests include virtual reality, UX/UI design, multimedia journalism, digital health, and digital education, areas in which she develops applied research, training activities, and academic collaborations.

Technologies as a Critical Success Factor of Government Institutions of the State of Cape Verde

Summary

Technologies as a Critical Success Factor for Government Institutions in the State of Cape Verde” analyzed the strategic role of digital technologies in the performance and sustainability of public institutions. The research aimed to understand to what extent technologies are decisive factors for organizational success, examining their influence on institutional operating models and the quality of services provided to citizens. Through qualitative and quantitative methodologies, including interviews and questionnaires with managers and users, critical success factors were identified and impacts related to knowledge management and institutional image were analyzed. The study focused on three key public institutions in Cape Verde: the National Press of Cape Verde, Dr. Agostinho Neto Hospital, and the Directorate-General of Registries, Notary, and Identification.
